Horizon is locally owned and operated, incorporated in 1998, and we hope that through our superior level of service, increased availability, better warranties, our professional certified technicians, property protection measures, our hardware and procedures used to safeguard your sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers, etc. (as some of us have been victims of identity theft in the past, myself included, so we know how frustrating and time consuming it can be to correct that type of a situation), service truck parts stocking system and support personnel to assist your technician, all to help in getting you taken care of in as efficient a method as possible. We feel that we provide a lot of value for the money and if you do choose us as your service provider, and since we are also referral based, after you experience our level of service we would appreciate it if you told others about us as our mission is to leave you feeling compelled to tell your family and friends about your experience.

Horizon’s guarantees and warranties are fully transferable to purchasers of your home during the applicable warranty period. If you desire to transfer the guarantees, please contact Horizon to obtain a transfer form. Please complete the transfer form and return it to Horizon. Horizon suggests that you obtain the form in advance so that it can be signed by the purchaser at the closing. All time periods are calculated from the date of original equipment purchase.
Warranty Information
Trane Heating and Air Conditioning products are backed by the Best Manufacturer’s Limited Warranties in the industry. XLi models registered within 60 days of installation, depending on products selected and combined at installation (Furnace, A/C or Heat Pump, etc.) can have:
- 12 Year limited warranty on compressor
- 10 Year limited warranty on outdoor coil
- Lifetime limited warranty on heat exchanger
- 10 Year limited warranty on internal functional parts
The Ten (10) Year Functional Parts Limited Warranty extends to the indoor gas furnace, coil, air handler and thermostat when installed as part of a complete XLi comfort system. An XLi comfort system includes an AHRI certified matching Trane outdoor XLi unit, indoor unit and thermostat installed at the same time.
If the product is not registered within 60 days of installation Trane’s Base Limited Warranty terms will apply. Optional Extended Warranties are available. Extended Warranties can pay for labor and other costs not covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
A heating and air conditioning system is a major purchase, so you’ll want to make sure you fully understand the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty before you buy.
Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner’s manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered by the Trane Extended Warranty Agreement. Ask your company representative for all the details.

Charitable Contributions
Horizon Hearts Charity
We have been donating to the Food Bank of The Rockies for over five years. We have met with some of the charities members and know of their character, they are a fantastic organization. Last year we donated $1000 and our goal this year is to donate $2000.
We are going to be recognizing our valued customers who have supported us every day, by donating to the Food Bank of the Rockies in their names throughout the year.
